Carlos A. Rodriguez is a Cuban-American business executive renowned for his leadership at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), one of the world’s largest providers of payroll and HR services. Rodriguez joined ADP in 1999 after the company acquired Vincam, where he had previously worked.
